REGULAR GIFT PRODUCTS
Orders will be processed and shipped (Monday-Friday) usually within a 24 hour period, depending on product availability and our number of pending orders.
Packages are shipped to our customers via UPS, FedEx, USPS, and Freight. Shipping and handling charges depend on the weight of the particular items (usually varying between 7.12 - $11.25). During certain sales and promotional periods, we will ship particular items for a reduced cost or free.
RETURNS:
In the case of any customer returns or exchanges due to defective items, it is IMPORTANT that you email or call us before you send back your items. We need to provide you with a special return/exchange number and other information before you send the items back. This is to ensure that returns/exchanges are done in a timely fashion. We offer a 30-day return/exchange policy on defective items starting from the day we ship your product(s).

Usual production of Candy Bouquets can take between 24-48 hours depending on volume. They are shipped afterwards. To guarantee and expedite same day bouquet production and shipping, orders must be in by 10:30 A.M. EST. The SAME DAY extra $10 fee will bump production of the bouquet to the front of the line and ensure timely delivery.

*Products with a shipping Value of 5.0 or more are considered Oversized and are shipped via dimensional weight instead of actual weight.
**All products shipped via Overnight will be shipped via Dimensional Weight (box size), which results in higher shipping fees.
*Standard Shipping Delivery Averages 3-4 Business Days, but is not guaranteed (Our standard delivery option. Delivery Confirmation is paid for by CandyPinkRedGifts, No insurance is on the package. Shipping is based on weight and zone. May be shipped via USPS Priority Mail OR Fed Ex Express Saver (3-Day), depending on speed, dimension, and cost.
During Summer Months, orders received on Thursday will not go out until Friday or Saturday, as all packages shipped between Thursday and Saturday will usually arrive on Monday. This delayed shipping time is done to ensure the ice/insulation is being used for the least possible time and will ensure the chocolates doe not melt en route.
2-Day shipping time is 2 business days, $50 insurance, tracking number included, and is guaranteed to arrive within 2 days, or shipping fees are refunded. This package will go out same day if ordered by 12:00 EST. Otherwise, it will go out before 1 PM the next day. Package may be shipped via Fed-Ex, or USPS Priority Mail depending on speed and cost.
**Overnight: Shipping Time is 1 day. Package may be shipped via Fed-Ex overnight or USPS Express mail depending on price, dimensions, and guaranteed Delivery Date/Time. All packages come with $100 insurance, tracking number and guaranteed to arrive within 1 business day. Orders must be received by 12:00 EST to guarantee shipping same day. We will do everything in our power to have packages arrive on Saturdays, if available, but we can not guarantee Saturday delivery. If ordered on Friday after 12:00PM EST, our next day guarantee will be for Monday.
*** RUSH ORDERS: Will ship same day if order is received by 12:00 PM EST, or next business day, whichever is sooner. This applies only to Priority Mail (standard) shipping fees. Express and Overnight Shipping have an implied rush on them when they are ordered.
PACKAGES MAY BE SHIPPED VIA OTHER SHIPPING METHODS, UPON REQUEST. Additional fees may be required

Shipping & Refund Policy: CANDY BOUQUETS
CandyPinkRedGifts agrees to ship all packages within 2-3 business days. If the client wishes to expedite shipping, they are able to pay the "RUSH" fee of $10.00 to ensure that the order is shipped same day (If the order is received by 12:00 pm EST on a business day, or the next business day, whichever is sooner).
Shipping Internationally: CandyPinkRedGifts does not ship chocolate products outside the United States or Canada. CandyPinkRedGifts will ship hard candies and non-food items internationally. If a client wishes to have a non-food product or hard candy bouquet shipped internationally, they are subject to international shipping rates and will be charged accordingly. Please note that international shipping may take longer to arrive.
ICE & INSULATION charge ($4.95) will be added to all chocolate orders where the destination is above 67 degrees Fahrenheit.
General Shipping and Refund Policy & Procedures: CANDY BOUQUETS
CandyPinkRedGifts agrees to ship the package via the customer-specified shipping method. The shipping times are estimates, and are not guaranteed. All Claims for refunds or exchanges due to damage or dissatisfaction MUST BE MADE within 14 days of receipt of package in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If a customer chooses a guaranteed method of shipping such as overnight or 2nd day shipping but the package does not arrive on the guaranteed day, the customer will receive a full shipping refund.
Since CandyPinkRedGifts did everything in its power to deliver the package as posted, CandyPinkRedGifts is not responsible for giving the customer a full refund for the candy bouquet, but will give a full shipping refund as promised.
Refunds are not given if chocolates are melted and purchaser opted not to purchase ice & insulation. If ice & insulation were included with the package and the product is still melted, purchaser is entitled to a refund or replacement.
CandyPinkRedGifts is not required to give a refund if the customer put an incorrect shipping address on the package, or if the package arrives on the specified guaranteed day, but was unable to be delivered due to the following:
1. Recipient Not At the specified address
2. Business Closed for the Holiday or Weekend
3. Recipient has already checked out of their Hotel/Motel Room
4. No one was at home at the time of delivery.
5. Package was rejected by recipient
6. Package was rejected by Company or personnel in charge of receiving said packages.
7. Wrong Address was given by customer, or package was undeliverable.
Customer may also be eligible for a refund (full or partial) if one of the following events occur:
1. Product is Damaged. Refunds will not be given until the damaged product has been returned to CandyPinkRedGifts, or to the shipping company to verify damage. Before returning a product to CandyPinkRedGifts the customer must notify CandyPinkRedGifts' Customer Service Department at 888-238-6182 or via e-mail at customerservice@candypinkredgifts.com and receive written approval of refund.
2. Package does not arrive at its specified destination, or is delivered to the wrong destination due to improper addressing of the package on the part of CandyPinkRedGifts.
Returns Due to Dissatisfaction: CANDY BOUQUETS
If purchaser received a package and is dissatisfied with it in any way and wishes to return it, the customer must contact CandyPinkRedGifts within 5 Business Days of receipt of the package. Upon approval of the returns department, Customer may ship the package back to the Returns Dept (at customer's expense) for a refund (less the original shipping fees) PROVIDED that the candies have not been opened or eaten.
Our Candy Bouquets are food products. For quality assurance purposes, once they are opened, or tampered with in any way, we cannot re-stock them or re-use them.
